We offer a wheel straightening service for wheels that are buckled. This can be a result of damage from potholes or other impacts and can lead to tyre deflation / damage and vibration whilst driving as the wheel is no longer round.
Buckled wheels, when significant enough, can cause an MOT failure so you may need to replace the wheel or you can check to see if it can be straightened. We do not offer a welding service if the wheel is cracked.
We need to assess the wheel to see if we believe it can be straightened, and even then we will not know for sure until the wheel straightening process is complete. Our aim is to reduce the buckle in the wheel, we will not be able to make the wheel perfectly round again so there may still be some vibration but much reduced.
There is a risk that the wheel can be damaged in the process or can crack and this is the risk you take if you ask us to carry out this service for you – there is no guarantee it will work.

If a wheel is badly buckled or twisted and cannot be repaired, your options are to purchase a replacement original equipment wheel from the dealership for your vehicle, try to locate a second hand matching wheel (there are risks with this option) or replace with a new aftermarket set of wheels.
